The Association is the collective voice of one of the most perennially important forces of the Cypriot economy. The sector accounts for approximately 17% of the GDP of Cyprus and it employs over 40,000 people.
CPDA aims to assertively and dynamically support the implementation of policies and measures that provide incentives to Property Development companies to innovate and upgrade the quality of their products with respect to the environment, opening up new markets and fulfilling their role in the development of the Cypriot economy and increasing employment.
