Profile

Members of the Association are 55+ real estate development and trading companies from all over Cyprus, which together contribute more than 80% of the share of the real estate sector in the Cypriot market.

With their many years of experience and knowledge in the real estate sector and with a guarantee of construction quality, the members of the Association offer with all responsibility and in accordance with the requirements of the Cypriot or foreign buyer a range of products in the sector: plots of land , properties, houses, apartments, holiday villas, shops, special constructions, etc.

Administrative Structure

The Association is governed by a Fifteen-Member Board of Directors which is elected on the basis of the articles of association, every two years by the General Assembly of its members, and is an independent legal entity.
