THE ASSOCIATION
The Association represents the views of its members and works closely with the Government, the local authorities, the professional bodies and other organizations, to enhance business processes and to tackle issues facing the real estate industry in Cyprus , bearing in mind the significant impact the sector has on the economy of Cyprus.
The business activity of the sector contributes significantly to the country’s GDP and maintains thousands of employment positions held mainly by Cypriot workers.
The synergies created with related sectors (partners and suppliers) stimulate economic activity and support social cohesion, especially during these testing times.
The Members of the Association invest the time required and collaborate with bodies that have a direct relationship with the industry with the aim of promoting knowledge, innovation and best practices. Their achievements are promoted with the aim of furthering public awareness for the benefit of the industry, the national economy and society in general.
Our Goal
The creation of a central body in Cyprus where land development and construction companies can be institutionally represented for better and more effective protection of their professional interests.
Mission
The Association creates synergies, aiming to make the nature of the industry’s work fairer and more efficient, by proposing changes and additions to laws, policies and measures. To achieve these goals, it provides Government and regulatory authorities with sound, evidence-based recommendations on modernizing trade relations, regulatory frameworks, taxation and environmental protection laws.
Vision
To create a central body in Cyprus where Land and Building Development businesses can convene for better and more effective protection of their professional interests, and to shape the business environment accordingly.
To be the reliable interlocutor of the industry to its stakeholders by demonstrating the Association’s credibility, integrity and reliability and working in shaping future related industry policies.
